Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a very enjoyable stay at Gulab Niwas during a recent road trip to Pushkar. The hospitality was impressive, especially given the challenges of operating with reduced staff during these times. The views from the garden and terrace were beautiful, but there were a few minor hiccups like a non-functional AC and some cleanliness issues. Overall, it was a comfortable place at a good price, though it could use some attention in upkeep.
My stay at Gulaab Niwaas Palace was absolutely wonderful, where I ended up extending from two nights to five! The location is serene, just a short walk to Pushkar Lake, and the tranquil atmosphere provided a lovely escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious and offer fantastic views, especially from the balcony. The service was exceptional; the staff were engaging and attentive, particularly Mr. Rajiv Chouhan and his team. The only minor downside was the need to order meals in advance to ensure freshness, but overall, it was a perfect getaway with no other complaints.
I had a splendid experience at this hotel with its breathtaking 360 degrees views and medieval ambiance near Pushkar lake. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous, and the pool area was lovely. Unfortunately, the dining options lacked variety and could be improved. Additionally, the location could be tricky for walking into town due to some rough paths nearby.
My stay at this hotel was quite a mix of ups and downs. The property is beautiful with stunning landscapes and views, plus the staff was accommodating and friendly during my visit. However, I encountered several maintenance issues that made my experience less enjoyable than I had hoped. The dining options could also use improvement, but overall, the atmosphere was lovely.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to help me when my wife forgot her dress, and they promptly sent it back via courier. The views of Pushkar were beautiful, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxation. However, I think some improvements can be made on service efficiency during peak times.
